The kitchen is furnished wit a large George Forman grill, Boil pot, Keurig and regular coffee maker, 4 toast toasters, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, and plenty of cabinet area. Plenty of countertop and a porcelean floor.

The family room is spacious with lamps and recessed lighting open to a full deck and ocean view. All floors are laminate with porcelain tile in the baths and kitchen.

Two rear bedrooms with queen beds and a sliding door to the rear deck offering a canal view. Curtains offer an opportunity to sleep a bit later.
